Flooring guy not refunding my money
I gave Ernest Bosley a check for 1551.00 to purchase and install wood flooring for my house. He just purchased the plywood for the subfloor. He asked for another 800.00 more to lay the flooring which he hadn't even purchased yet. We had an agreement that I would pay for the installation of the wood with my credit card. I said no and asked for my money back so I could find someone else to do my floors. He has come up with excuse after excuse as to why he has only refunded 800of the 1551. This has been going on for the past 2 months
